The Skeletons of the Womb Diaries was created to draw attention to, and address issues women face every day. As easy as it is to concentrate on empowerment and uplifting, which we all need, what about the dark, terrible days? Do we try to overlook or hide the problems that arise from time to time in our lives? Every woman’s soul has a conflict, but the nature of that struggle is frequently unknown. We live in a world where high standards of perfection and ethical behavior are expected of us, but what happens if we are unable to meet them? These notions might lurk in the recesses of our minds.
Manifesto for Skeletons of the Womb Diaries:
Dear Reader,
I am writing this diary because these are my skeletons. This is my truth. Sometimes they are ugly and difficult to accept. I need healing and help because the shadows of my heart and soul have taken over my essence and light. I hide behind my pain and suffer through my thoughts. I know my actions are ugly and need to be changed. But the truth is, I am unsure of what to do. Deep down inside, a baby inside of me wants to be rescued, nurtured, and loved. I am fragile and broken from all of my life experiences.
We all have a story to be told, and not all stories are beautiful and painted wonderfully. Still, they reveal truths, our pain, and challenges. What are the shadow parts of our lives that we wish to transform? These are the skeletons of our wombs.
As you read my private diary, consider these thoughts.
I’m just trying to understand my truth.
My story may cause you to trigger some deep emotions, so beware.
I am trying to heal, and hopefully, my story can help you heal as well.

Womb Diaries
Story Synopsis for Each Diary
Depleted
Jasmine, a newly divorced businesswoman, has undoubtedly experienced her share of heartache and disappointment during her previous marriage. However, now that she is divorced, her best friend, Felicity, has convinced her to try online dating. Despite her reservations, Jasmine meets an alluring and attractive man, but she quickly discovers that not everything is as it appears when he leaves a pattern of depletion.
Delusional
Dr. Deidre Cullins is a well-known psychiatrist who frequently treats patients with a variety of issues and mental disorders. However, when she encounters a patient whom she is certain is delusory, she quickly discovers that the delusion is internal.
Tormented
Lisa is a married yoga instructor who is desperate to expand her business and spice up her marriage. However, when Lisa feels neglected by her husband, she develops a strong attraction to a man who will forever alter the course of her life. A change that will torment her and alter her future dynamics.
Unworthy Flowers
Tiffany has been away from home ever since she turned 18 years old. The pain and shame of the sexual abuse that she experienced at the hands of her stepfather, has caused her to stray away from home and never to return. Now that her stepfather is terminally ill, her mother wants her to come home and say farewell, but Tiffany is unsure. She has to figure out if she wants to face the monster that had taken away her innocence or continue her feelings of unworthiness.
Just a Little Faith
Single mom, Michelle, loves her son with all her heart. After having him as a teenager, she vowed to raise him to be a great man, a man unlike his father, Roderick. However, her attempts to keep her son from knowing about his once incarcerated father are short-lived, when her son begs for a chance to finally meet the man. Now that Roderick is out of prison and living a straight and narrow life, Michelle must decide if she will have enough faith to trust Roderick into their lives again.

Burdened Weight
Tamia has struggled with her weight her entire life. However, when she meets Ellis, she finds herself more confident after he shows his affinity for her. Tamia and Ellis have a healthy relationship until they get married and have children. Tamia notices the difference in Ellis when she gains a substantial amount of weight. Despite her efforts to lose weight, Tamia finds her husband's harsh criticisms about her weight unforgiving. Because of her weight gain, she develops unhealthy eating habits that may lead her to a point of no return.

Broken Trust
When Carrie is asked by her sister, Dina, to spy on her husband, Anthony to see if he is cheating, she is less than willing to take on the endeavor. However, after much convincing, and a promise of an expensive graphic design software she needs for her profession, Carrie unwittingly spies on Anthony, but soon finds out that the broken trust that Dina suspects is far more hurtful than Carrie ever anticipated.
Tears of Agony
For years, Phylicia has been in an abusive and cruel relationship with her husband Lonzell. With nowhere to turn and no family to turn to, Phylicia is trapped in a cycle of physical and mental violence that drains her. When faced with the decision to go, Phylicia must choose between taking the risk of leaving or continuing her torment.

Cradle of Sorrow
Kiara's greatest desire was to have a child with her husband, Ryan. After experiencing a devastating miscarriage, Kiara tries to find hope and the strength to move on and try to conceive again. However, now that she's pregnant again, she's in a battle with her own womb, wondering if she'll have to endure another cradle of sorrow.
Skin Deep
Sade has always had battles with her skin complexion, primarily due to the brutal bullying that wrecked her childhood. Now that she is a grown woman and is a fashion model, she must come to terms with her painful childhood memories and try to understand the complexities of race, color, and hate.
Addictive Patterns
Raven is a registered nurse who specializes in healing and helping people. She considers it her life's duty to assist anybody she can. When she meets her boyfriend Breon, she is captivated by his charisma and strength. All seems to be going well for her until something horrible arises, shattering her world. Ultimately, the tragedy leads her on the edge of developing an addictive pattern that would alter her life forever.
Deep Rooted Circles
Dominique is excited to begin her collegiate career. Her mother, a former sorority sister and alumna is as enthusiastic as she is about achieving her career ambitions. Domonique's mother is so excited that she wants her to join her sorority, but Domonique wants to do things her own way, and she immediately finds a group that shares her interests. She soon discovers, however, that even deep-rooted circles have secrets.

Veronica is well aware of her beauty and ability to entice men. She uses her attractiveness and sexual energy to acquire what she wants. She recognizes that sex has a lot of power, and that being the ideal woman may have a lot of benefits until it doesn't.
Crazy Shadows
As a child, Brenda didn't grow up in a well-balanced environment, as she was raised by a drug-addictive mother and abandoned by her incarcerated father. Growing up, she was always seeking something more, something different. In many ways, she wished she could be someone else. In her quest to come up with a new identity, her fantasies become a reality, but how far will she go to become someone else lies in her crazy shadow.
Unmarried Material
Tamera has been dating her boyfriend Greg for ten years, and he has yet to propose. She is confident he is the man she desires and loves, but Greg is still hesitant to commit to her because of his previous failed marriage. Tamera must decide whether she wants to leave Greg and pursue her aspirations of one day being the bride who goes down the aisle or whether she wants to risk being Greg’s unmarried material.

Marquedara, a financial tech consultant, has always had to deal with the difficulties of her name. Her name has always given her trouble and unfavorable judgment for as long as she can remember.
