The book describes different stages of innovation process based on author's experience with own startup company. There is a story about going from big ideas, selecting them and implementing, scaling to be successful in the market.
I like that the author is describing his experience with BrainGu. There is plenty of practical advice on balancing creativity with commercial viability. The concept "Change the Box" mantra is very interesting in emphasizing small, impactful changes that drive significant results. Some good recommendations on maintaining company culture during rapid growth which is a very important area for any business at scale stage. I found interesting the mix of technological innovation and strategy application.
Overall this book can be useful for entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs alike because corporate internal innovation sometimes can be a startup area inside a big company.

I always find books on business, leadership and management intriguing especially of they include stories and perspectives from people who've been there and done that. This had a great start because who would have thought to change the box and not just think outside the box? I find that from the very beginning key in establishing a culture in an organization and that kind of answers questions I had around teams, vision and also product development because the author shares the need to review, update and upgrade often, and this kind of flexibility helps when thinking of scale. Thanks Netgalley for the eARC, loved reading this one.
