1 "somewhat misleading" star.⭐
Clearly as well as being an assortment of unofficial recipes, these recipes also aren't necessarily authentic. There is also not a single photo to accompany any of the recipes either.
I picked up this freebie ebook mainly so I could peruse the dessert recipes since non of the main dishes are items that I have personally tried at The Cheesecake Factory or would necessarily order.
My favorite dish on their menu being the Miso Salmon. It is absolutely yummy.

It didn't take me long to figure out that the Limoncello Cream Torte recipe wasn't authentic to the restaurant version and was also readily available on the internet. Not that this implies it isn't worth a try but for readers looking to replicate that particular dish they are probably going to be disappointed.
The author does provide a legal notice at the beginning that states it doesn't guarantee accuracy of content. So it is up to the reader to decide whether the printed recipe appeals to them or not.
Can't necessarily say that I would recommend this ebook even as a freebie since it is clear that I would have to research any of the desserts I intended to make on the internet for success.

It would have been better if there were pictures. It was free on Amazon so I thought I'd give it a try! I didn't see any recipes worth saving though.

Delicious recipes!
This is such a fantastic cookbook! I LOVED recreating some of my favourite Cheesecake Factory foods and have been introduced to new favourites! The cookbook features Appetizers, Main Course, Cheesecake and Speciality Dishes. The recipes are easy to read and follow and are hyperlinked. There's no pictures of individual recipes!

False advertising. It's a culiflower book.
The cover is lies. The is nothing but a cauliflower cult. I like cauliflower fine but this is 100% false advertising
