Murder, madness, mayhem and an intriguing mystery are the makings of this entertaining and very well written novel by this author. I really enjoyed this work although it's not as ghoulish to me as her work The Haunting of Hill House, which is worthy of a good nightmare. I would recommend this book for those who enjoy shorter books that will draw you into the story from beginning to end.

This work was an amazing fantastic way to end 2024. I really enjoyed this and thought it was well written and the author did a great job with character development. Love them or hate them there are plenty of heart breaking moments as well as wanting to throw the book at the wall because it can be frustrating at times. I recommend this to everyone who enjoys a good story.
