The Sludge Family estate agents have multiple properties for rent, but can't work out why a particular house has been vacant for 25 years. Meanwhile Sally Spook, one of the ghosts haunting the house, takes her first class in ghost school.

Sid Sludge has trained his bulldog to sniff out the spooks in the house on the hill. However, Fred Spook has a special plan to foil Sid's intentions.
