Deadpool & Wolverine worked in theaters even during downtime for the MCU franchise just because Kevin Feige trusted Ryan Reynolds and Shawn Levy’s creative genius. Reynolds joked in the movie that Feige said cocaine was off-limits for the film. However, Feige was not only terrified of the drug-related jokes, but he was terrified of the entire mocking-the-multiverse jokes.

Levy shared that he wanted a behind-the-scenes documentary for his Marvel film, which would include Feige’s reactions to the jokes they had written for the film. Throughout the promotions of the film, Reynolds managed to slip in a joke about the Marvel boss which Feige seemed not to mind, especially after the film’s massive success.

After putting himself on the map as a director with 2016's Deadpool, Tim Miller quickly found himself in high demand. When creative differences with Ryan Reynolds resulted in the filmmaker walking away from Deadpool 2, he set about rebooting the Terminator franchise alongside James Cameron.
The Avatar director had praised Terminator Genisys in a featurette for the disappointing 2015 effort, something he'd later share his regret over due to what a colossal disappointment Alan Taylor's reboot was.
In comparison, Dark Fate received mostly positive reviews from fans and critics but failed to make a significant impact at the box office. Earning $62 million in North America and $261 million worldwide, the blockbuster was deemed a flop and the beloved franchise was put back on the shelf.

Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman and Shawn Levy are set to reunite for a mysterious new movie... that won't be a Deadpool and Wolverine sequel.
While chatting to Variety, Reynolds revealed that he is currently writing a new project for Levy to direct that he would once again co-star in with Jackman.
“I’m spending the year writing,” said the actor. “I’m writing a movie for myself, Hugh [Jackman] and Shawn [Levy] to do that is not Marvel.”
What it will be is unclear, as Reynolds declined to share any plot details. There's a chance it could turn out to be another comic book-style adventure, but the report notes that Reynolds' "enthusiasm hinted at something fresh and unexpected, which he will work on over the next 12 months."
This project would mark Reynolds’ fourth collaboration with Levy, who previously worked together on 2021’s Free Guy and Netflix's sci-fi adventure The Adam Project.

Ryan Reynolds is adorable! Whether he’s smirking through Mint Mobile commercials, buying up quaint Wales towns with superpal Rob McElhenney or decapitating faceless Marvel minions with a smart-ass quip, the actor is the face of self-satisfied charm. Who doesn’t love Ryan Reynolds?
Well, Martha Stewart for starters.
The vitriol came out when Stewart appeared on Bilt Rewards’ Rent Free game show, per People. Stewart was asked which celebrities she thought respondents had named as the most fun to hang out with and Reynolds’ name came to mind — but for all the wrong reasons. “He’s probably on the list just because he covers himself up in his movies, and you don’t see his face — Ryan Reynolds, is he one of those?” she asked before making it clear that Reynolds wouldn’t be on her personal tally of great hangs. “You want to know something? He’s not so funny in real life.

Hollywood superstars Ryan Reynolds and Glen Powell took on bad guys and tornados this year, but that’s nothing compared to the threat of an ass-kicking from 94-year-old June Squibb. Earlier this year Squibb starred in “Thelma,” her first lead role in a film, playing a grandmother who tracks down her swindlers. While promoting the film, the dumpling-faced Oscar nominee posted short videos in which she warned other action stars: “I can kick your ass!”
The question is – did she get any responses from her targets? Squibb laughs good-naturedly. “I don’t think we did, but we got a lot of laughs,” she admits. She also cites a clip she saw of Austin Butler and his costars from “The Bikeriders” watching her video, noting: “They all laughed about it.”

"Game Night" is one of the best comedies of the last decade, a fantastic film following a group of friends who gather for a game night before the fun turns into a nightmare after one of them is kidnapped for real. Part mystery, part David Fincher's "The Game" (but played for laughs), and otherwise all-round mayhem, the movie features Rachel McAdams at her absolute best, one of the all-time greatest side characters in Jesse Plemons' Gary, and one of Jason Bateman's strongest performances.
However, Bateman almost had a very different role in the film, which he also produced. You see, the film went into development back in 2013 when New Line bought an original script by Mark Perez (which was likewise about a game night that goes wrong), and for much of that time Bateman was slated to direct the film. As the actor once told CinemaBlend, "I had...

There needs to be a new wing in Saturday Night Live‘s Five-Timers Club, that exclusive lounge reserved for comedians who’ve proven so funny that they’ve been asked to host the show five times or more. That new room would be reserved for the five people who not only hosted five times but delivered several standout seasons as cast members as well. In addition to the smoking jacket, maybe Lorne Michaels could pop for slippers and a silver cigarette holder as well — something to signify that these Five-Timers are a cut above.

Martha Stewart unintentionally kicked off a roast of Ryan Reynolds with her recent comments suggesting that the actor isn’t funny in real life. Stewart appeared on the November episode of the “Rent Free” game show, where Bilt CEO Ankur Jain asked her to name three celebrities she thought people would enjoy hanging out with.
She first mentioned her friend Snoop Dogg and then chose Ryan Reynolds as her second pick, explaining why she believes fans would choose him.
He’s probably on the list just ‘cause he covers himself up in his movies and you don’t see his face.
You want to know something? He’s not so funny in real life. No, he’s not so funny. He’s very serious.

As for Venom: The Last Dance, we have written several times how the movie has been having a difficult run since its premiere. The critics panned it, the fans praised it, and while it has surpassed its initial budget, the domestic total is still very low and the film is relying on the international markets to save it.
As per Box Office Mojo, as of the time of writing, the movie has earned $193,989,701 in total, earning $70,597,430 in the US and $123,392,271 worldwide. Of course, the numbers for this weekend are still not in, although it seems that the movie is doing well in Asia, based on some reports!
Based on a report by Koimoi, an Indian-based entertainment portal, Venom: The Last Dance surpassed the 70$ million mark at the Chinese box, making it one of the most successful comic book movies in China. And while we are bringing you the story, there...

Ryan Reynolds Shares His Favourite Deadpool & Wolverine Halloween Costumes And Hilarious Script Page
As you might expect, a lot of people dressed as Deadpool and Wolverine this Halloween, and Ryan Reynolds has now taken to social media to share some of his favourite costumes.
There are some really impressive outfits here, including a Deadpool-Wolverine amalgam, and a couple who decided to go as Cassandra Nova and Johnny Storm.
Speaking of the movie's villain and the unfortunate Human Torch, Reynolds also posted a script page from one of the funniest scenes in the R-rated threequel, as Wade Wilson repeats Storm's foul-mouthed rant to Nova. This ultimately results in the Ff member meeting a brutal end, but we'd later learn that he did actually say these things in the film's post-credits sequence.
"I can’t believe the amount of Deadpool & Wolvie costumes last night," Reynolds said. "You’ll never know what that’s like if you’re me. I’m five years old, staring out...

As HBO's Lanterns series continues to round out its supporting cast, the latest addition is an actor who has played numerous memorable roles over the years, Garret Dillahunt.
According to Deadline, Dillahunt will play a villain, but his character doesn't appear to be anyone we might know from the comics.
Described as a "modern cowboy," William Macon is a "a self-righteous, conspiracy-minded man who masks his ruthless ambition behind a charming and calculated facade."
Dillahunt has a lot of experience playing villains, with appearances in the likes of The Last House on the Left, Looper, and HBO's Deadwood, in which he played two completely different characters (really three if you count his cameo in the movie).
Dillahunt joins the recently cast Kelly Macdonald as Sheriff Kerry, Aaron Pierre (Rebel Ridge) as John Stewart and Kyle Chandler (Friday Night Lights) as Hal Jordan.

Hugh Jackman created one of his most fan-favorite films when he collaborated with director Darren Aronofsky for The Fountain. Aronofsky is primarily known for his psychological tales incorporating surreal and unsettling facets. Despite not being a critical or commercial success like his other films, The Fountain later earned a cult classic tag.
