Chris earned his production stripes at MTV in the fast pace of New York City's live action scene before moving west to join the then upstart CG house Pixar. After almost a decade that included 7 feature and 8 short films. His crews efforts yielding 22 Academy Award Nominations 7 Oscars and 7 Golden Globes for Pixar. Chris returned home to New York where he was named Production Manager at Blue Sky Animation Studios working with Steve Carell and Jim Carrey on Dr. Seuss' Horton Hears a Who(20th Century Fox). At Starz Animation in Toronto, Chris worked along side Tim Burton on 9(Focus Features), and Elton John on Gnomeo and Juliet(Touchstone). As Head of Production at Hawaii Animation Studios in Honolulu, Chris spent 2 years building this start up CG boutique from the ground up as well as partner with the University of Hawaii to design an intense intern animation program(mirroring Pixar's) run through the studio for animation students.

Chris just teamed up again with Director Jimmy Hayward Horton Hears a Who, as his First Assistant Director on the 2013 release of Free Birds(Relativity) and has stayed on to help Produce Book of Life with Producers Guillermo Del Toro and Aron Warner at Reel FX Animation Studios.

Currently, Chris and his production partner of 20 years Jimmy Hayward are at it again. This time launching a new Animation Studio with offices in Berlin and Los Angeles.
