Always having the ability to track and attain goals, Melissa came to Advantage in '92 with a Los Angeles Recording Workshop under her belt, and experience in engineering at Hanna-Barbera Studios. Initially starting off as a dialog editor, Melissa's high level of diplomacy, confident personality, calm temperament, and noticeable determination carved out her role today as a substantial mixer. Highly productive, Melissa approaches her work with a take-charge attitude, and as a result, a sense of comfort radiates from every session attached to the formalities of her craft. Among her recognized talents at work, Melissa is a gifted cook, practices karate, and finds time to travel the world with her family.
