Bob lived in the dorms and studied tuba (music) at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB).

Bob played tuba in the band at Marineland of the Pacific in Palos Verdes, CA. He also played tuba in the band at the Magic Kingdom of Disney World in Orlando, FL.

Since 2017 he has provided the voice of the narrator for the Disneyland Railroad. "To those who are just joining us, welcome aboard the Disneyland Railroad!".
