Lindsay is a professional actor, improviser, director, keynote speaker, facilitator/trainer and an alumnus of world-renowned sketch comedy theatre The Second City in Toronto, Canada.
Selected film credits include Christmas Inheritance, Ginger Snaps, Tommy Boy, The Prizewinner of Defiance Ohio, Great Great Great, Three to Tango, The Wrong Guy, Brain Candy, & Mr. Headmistress. Selected TV credits include Bomb Girls, American Gothic, Carter, & Entertaining Christmas
Lindsay's trained as an actor at The National Theatre School of Canada and Studio 58, Langara College. She has been seen and heard in many roles on stage and in film, television, animation, radio and TV commercials.
Lindsay draws upon her background as an actor, improviser and professional speaker to provide PitchCraft Presentation Coaching and Training to business speakers.
She and her partner Lee Smart are SmartLeese Creative Inc, co-deliver keynote sessions and workshops in Applied Improvisation (using the skills of improvisation in work and life) along with creative services (writing and performing) for corporate events.
In 1996, Lindsay founded The Tim Sims Encouragement Fund, (a charitable organization administered by the Ontario Arts Foundation) which has supported up and coming comedic performers with an annual cash prize of recognition since 1996.
