Jan Lustig(1902-1979)

Jan Lustig was born on 23 December 1902 in Brünn, Austria-Hungary [now Brno, Czech Republic]. He was a writer, known for Knights of the Round Table (1953), La dame de Malacca (1937) and Moonfleet (1955). He died on 24 April 1979 in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.

Trivia
Czech-born screenwriter, often billed as H.G. Lustig. Educated at Prague University, he started out in Berlin as a journalist, short story writer and movie critic. He then worked as a writer for Pathe in France before moving to Hollywood, where he was signed by MGM to work on several commercially successful films.
