Alexandra Milchan is a veteran film and television producer and studio executive. Her recent producing credits include Apple TV+'s thriller series The Crowded Room, starring Tom Holland and Amanda Seyfried and Todd Field's acclaimed Focus Features drama Tár starring Cate Blanchett, which claimed six Academy Award nominations.
Milchan also exec produced Apple TV+'s Golden Globe and Emmy-winning crime drama Black Bird, starring Taron Egerton and Paul Walter Hauser, and David Fincher's Netflix crime thriller The Killer starring Michael Fassbender, and the Netflix docuseries Escaping Twin Flames.
Notable past credits include AMC's The Terror, The Wolf of Wall Street, Starz's docuseries Seduced: Inside the NXIVM Cult, the Freida Pinto-led Netflix thriller Intrusion, David Ayer's Street Kings, Alexandre Aja's horror Mirrors, and the historical drama The 24th, co-written and directed by Oscar-winner Kevin Willmott (Blackkklansman).
Milchan ran and oversaw the development and production of all of Emjag's projects, and is now the head of Crescent Line Productions, Inc. Previously, Alexandra spent a 13-year stint as an executive at her family's company, New Regency, where she worked on movies such as Michael Mann's Heat, Joel Schumacher's A Time to Kill, and Curtis Hanson's L.A. Confidential.
She began her career apprenticing at Columbia TriStar in Paris, and for Warner Bros. in London before her first job on the set for the production of Heat.
