Arturo Soto Rangel was born on March 12, 1882 in León, Guanajuato, Mexico. He was an actor, known for The Treasure of the Sierra Madre (1948), Maclovia (1948) and Las abandonadas (1945). He was married to Cecilia Bonoris Sereijo and María Ureña Villaseñor. He died on May 25, 1965 in Mexico City, Distrito Federal, Mexico.
