Philip's reign as the Costumer to the stars started with the blockbuster film "Nightmare on Elm Street 4"(1988), where he was the personal Set Costumer to Freddy Krueger, played by Robert Englund and responsible for the aging and distressing work on the iconic sweater. He is known for his work in films such as "Star Trek TNG"(1990), "Titanic"(1997), "Pirates of The Caribbean"(2003), and "Magnificent Seven"(2000), where his work earned him the "Costume Designers Guild Award".
