Lily Gareth Cunningham grew up in the small quaint town of Ashford, CT, and she misses it every day (the air is better).
She graduated high school and followed her storytelling dreams west to Los Angeles, where she attended California State University, Northridge. There she met Maggie Manyan and several other valuable creative (and romantic) counterparts. She proceeded to spend absolutely no time in class and value drunken creativity over education, get herself kicked out, and land in film school.
She hated it, and dropped out just in time for her kidneys to fail.
As an escape from her mediocre existence she began filming project after project with her friends from college and continues to do so. Her first film, "5 Hours", was screened absolutely nowhere and is generally regarded as "an embarrassment" (friends and family), "something we will never speak of again," (Lily), and "totally okay, honey" (Lily's mom).
From her brief 21 years on this planet Lily has learned that literally nothing matters and life is short and stupid, but also marvelous.
As of 2015 she is living, working, and (actually) attending school in Los Angeles.
