Andy Garcia is an American writer, director, and producer based out of Atlanta, Georgia. He began to pursue his passion for storytelling and filmmaking in Cincinnati, Ohio as a high school student. Andy wrote, directed and produced a short film as a thesis project his senior year, winning best project among his peers. Following his graduation, he moved to Phoenix, Arizona where he started attending the Scottsdale School of Film and Theater in 2018 and producing a variety of commercial projects, most notably for Nuvei. In August of 2019, he began a career at Generation Church acting as a production assistant before being promoted to Video Director in 2020. Andy would write, direct, and produce a wide range of projects including narrative and documentary shorts and act as the Video Broadcast Director for live music events with average attendances of over 5,000 people. Andy has since moved to Atlanta to pursue writing full-time.
