Hilda Puno was born and raised on the island of Guam (United States Territory) and her family moved to Hilo, Big Island of Hawaii. She is the oldest child of Pedro Puno who was cousin to the late famous Filipino singer Rico Puno and Priscilla Garcia Sampson. She graduated from Guam Community College Vocational High School. With a degree in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. As a veteran, she served in the United States Navy and Air Force Reserve. She began her career as a background extra and into acting roles for studios such as Marvel, Netflix, Disney Plus, Paramount, and student films. As a teen, she did modeling for John Robert Powers, Guam U.S.A. After serving in the military, she returned to modeling for JD Events Sy Couture based in San Diego, California. Also being a signature model for MUSA, an advocate Filipino fashion designer. Gracing New York Times Square Billboards seven times for both fashion designers. Also posing in magazines like Fashion Republic (Los Angeles, California), GLAM UK, and Malvie France.
