There are two Escape Room films releasing in 2017. The one discussed here is Will Wernick's version. In this film, a group of friends tackle a complex set of clues and traps. Unfortunately for the characters, this escape room is deadly. Escape Room stars: Evan Williams ("Versailles"), Annabelle Stephenson ("Revenge") and Elisabeth Hower. As well, Lionsgate Home Entertainment will distribute this title in October. Indie film fans can find the trailer for Escape Room here. The trailer shows a birthday party. This group of friends discuss the latest craze - escape rooms. And, they decide to try one out. Once at the location, it becomes obvious that someone wants to harm them. Characters are bruised and crippled as the puzzles become ever more complex. The film's official artwork is also here. It shows a broken key. Characters will need to put it together, if they hope to survive this ordeal.

Us sales outfit is also representing Maisie Williams drama Departures at this week’s Efm.

La-based sales agent Voltage Pictures has acquired international sales on the thriller Escape Room and is introducing to buyers at European Film Market (Efm).

Will Wernick will direct from a screenplay by Noah A.D. about a 30th birthday party in an escape room where participants must solve clues to get out of a locked room. The puzzles get harder and guests start to die.

Kelly Delson and Sonia Lisette are producing and Jeff Delson serves as executive producer.

Evan Williams stars with Annabelle Stephenson, Elisabeth Hower, Dan J Johnson, Billy Flynn, John Lerardi and Kelly Delson.

“Escape Room is a well-crafted thriller that ticks all the boxes and is bound to satisfy genre fans everywhere,” said Voltage president of international sales John Fremes. Preferred Content represents Us rights.

"Suits" returns Thursday, Jan. 17 (10 p.m. Est on USA) and the second half of Season 2 promises just as many conflicts, challenges and moral dilemmas as we've come to expect from the legal drama -- not to mention plenty of that trademark witty banter from our favorite Pearson Hardman employees.

The winter premiere, titled "Blind-Sided," is especially meaty for associate Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams), whom we last saw hooking up with ex-girlfriend Tess (Elisabeth Hower) mere hours after making a play for Rachel (Meghan Markle) in the midseason finale.

We caught up with Adams to preview what's ahead for Mike in the next few episodes, how his relationships with Rachel and Tess will develop, and how a few questionable choices might force him to grow up and face his responsibilities like never before. Light spoilers ahead.

"Suits" returns on Thursday, January 17 (10 p.m. Est on USA) and with it comes a case that's particularly personal for Mike (Patrick J. Adams) -- a wealthy client turns to Harvey (Gabriel Macht) to represent her guilty son after a hit and run; the same circumstances that left Mike orphaned as a child.

Naturally, Harvey is dubious as to whether Mike can separate his emotions from his professional obligations, but as you'll see in HuffPost TV's exclusive clip above, our favorite fake lawyer insists that he can handle the pressure. Is he right? You'll have to tune in on Thursday for the "Suits" midseason premiere to find out.

During the "Suits" Season 2 episodes that aired during the summer, Harvey (Gabriel Macht), Mike (Patrick J. Adams) and Jessica (Gina Torres) successfully defeated Daniel Hardman (David Costabile) in the partner's bid to take over the law firm. Thus, the show ended -- for the most part -- on a happy and positive note.

Don't expect that to continue this winter. Even though the lawyers won their battle, they have not yet won the war. That war is what begins in "Blind-Sided."

This week's mid-season finale of "Suits" caps off a run of ten episodes that quickly launched the show to the top of our must-watch list for summer. This episode, "High Noon," isn't quite as good as "Sucker Punch," the series' best episode yet, but it comes close.

The episode advances some of the relationships considerably. We'll see Harvey (Gabriel Macht) loosen his tie as he does his best to be there for Mike during this dark time. Patrick J. Adams gives his most moving performance yet as Mike eulogizes his grandmother at the funeral. Rachel's strength and integrity in this episode is remarkable, and Donna is as awesome as ever. According to TVLine, The "Carnivàle" actress is set to appear in a multi-episode arc of Season 2 of "American Horror Story." While her role is being kept under wraps, she will reportedly be appearing with Sarah Paulson.

The actress, best known for her role on MTV's I Just Want My Pants Back, will debut on the Suits midseason premiere as Tess, a childhood friend of Mike's. According to TV Line, which broke this casting news, the character "turns up just when he needs her most."

Hower will first show up on August 23 and appear again this fall.

It may be the end of the road for MTV's I Just Want My Pants Back. The cable channel has cancelled the romantic comedy series after one year but the show could live on to see season two.

Based on the book by David J. Rosen, I Just Want My Pants Back revolves around a group of twenty-something hipsters who try to figure out dating and the rest of life in Brooklyn. The cast includes Peter Vack, Elisabeth Hower, Jordan Carlos, Kim Shaw, and Sunkrish Bala. The show was initially developed for NBC.

Pants was previewed back in August 2011 and drew a very healthy 2.6 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 5.13 million total viewers. In retrospect, MTV execs may be wishing that they'd started airing the rest of the season right away.

No, that's not where he encounters his much sought-after fling, Jane. When Jason and Jane do reunite later on, sparks fly -- but things may not end quite as Jason imagined they would. (When do they ever, really?) Elsewhere, Paul is making himself a little too comfortable in Tina's (Kim Shaw) apartment... and in her life. Feeling suffocated, she makes some less-than-ideal choices.

MTV's new show "I Just Want My Pants Back" immediately sets up a premise: Don't lose your pants to a hot girl after a steamy one-night stand.

Of course, those pants go on to act as a metaphor about a group of twentysomethings who live, love and party in Brooklyn. For the rest of the series, it seems, Jason (Peter Vack's character) is just trying to find that perfect girl, the perfect job and his lost set of trousers.

The characters on MTV's new scripted series "I Just Want My Pants Back" are young, occasionally romantically challenged and always up for a good time. The show, set in New York, is a nonstop party that follows the lives of several twentysomethings trying to find love and find themselves in the Big Apple.

The characters each play a role (sassy, neurotic, lustful) in their circle of friends, the same way that those other "Friends" did back in the 1990s. The show focuses on Jason, Tina and the rest of their Brooklyn-dwelling crew as they struggle with unemployment and general disaffection. New York — On Thursday night, the cast of MTV's latest scripted comedy, "I Just Want My Pants Back," gathered at the Public Assembly in Brooklyn, where they not only celebrated the show's imminent arrival, but also got to hang out with their Thursday night cohorts, the cast of the "Jersey Shore."

The pilot for the series originally got some love when it made its debut after the VMAs in August, and now it will officially kick off its run next Thursday. The cast, it seems, can't wait to finally have it on air.

Shows like "Gossip Girl" and "Law & Order" depict two very different versions of New York City -- the glittery, polished wealth and the grime and crime of the underbelly. MTV's latest scripted offering, "I Just Want My Pants Back," features neither of those things.

The series, based on the novel by David J. Rosen, dives into Brooklyn, unapologetically spotlighting the indifference and boredom that plagues the oft-parodied hipster population. At the heart of the story is Jason (Peter Vack), a sort of Seth Cohen on a diet of ramen and Pbr whose uninspiring entry level job is just his way of working for the weekend.

The true breakout of the show, though, is Kim Shaw as his best friend Tina, who has somehow discovered the secret to having direction and having fun. Lots and lots of fun. She's got the best one-liners and the best hair, and we can't help...

Somewhere, a Pabst Blue Ribbon-chugging 20-something is disgusted at the thought of another TV show exploiting his individuality.
