Yiannis was born in Greece, studied drama, acting, got involved with Greek Culture. He is a theater and film director, member of: "Greek Theatrical Authors Society" (E.E.Th.S), "Greek Directors Guild" (G.D.G.), "Greek Actors' Union" (H.A.U.) & "International Theatre Institute" (I.T.I). Yiannis was an artistic director of one of the 15 state-municipal regional theaters of Greece (from 2010 to 2016). He teaches drama, improvisation and directing in drama schools and Universities. He has written, translated and adapted-dramatized plays that have been staged in professional scenes, many of them have been published (short stories, plays, theatrical metaphors of fairy tales etc).
