Zoe Cleland is a Canadian Screen Award-nominated actress, a writer, and a filmmaker. Since graduating from the National Theatre School of Canada in 2012, she has worked extensively in film and television. Zoe is best known for her featured roles in Murdoch Mysteries (CBC), Reign (CW network), and as Tatiana in CBC Gem's The Communist's Daughter, for which she received a Canadian Screen Award nomination for Best Supporting Performance in a Web Program or Series. In 2020, she launched her production company, Sweet Sorrow Productions, along with co-producer Katherine Wilson. Most recently, Zoe wrote, directed, and starred in her first original short film, Blueberries for Iris, which premiered at the Atlantic International Film Festival in 2023.
