In 2011 he won Outstanding Lead Actor In A Mockumentary Series at the Los Angeles International Web Series Festival for his role of Jacob Jones in the internationally-followed web series Sista Wives.

Was nominated-- twice-- for Best Actor in a Feature Film at the third annual 2012 WMIFF (World Music and Independent Film Festival) in Washington, DC (the films were Ghosts That Hunt Back and As Thick As The Waters).

At the 2013 World Music and Independent Film Festival in Washington, D.C., he received four total nominations-- and one win: Best Actor in a Feature Film (As Thick As The Waters), Best Supporting Actor in a Feature Film (Dead Reckoning), Best Actor in a Short Film (Table For Three) and Best Supporting Actor in a Short Film (Implied Warranty). He won Best Supporting for Implied Warranty.

Starred in the first-ever Nollywood feature filmed in Canada: Phina Brooks' Missing Link. Principal photography took place in Calgary, Alberta over the course of two months.
