Katherine is an artist and producer who began her career as a child performer with lead roles at the American Folk Theater Children's Division.
She continues to run the range of leading ladies in shows like Man of La Mancha, Ragtime, Songs for a New World, Children Of Eden, Gondoliers, Godspell, just to name a few.
Aside from her theater credits, Katherine grows in her film credits as well with starring roles opposite Hemky Madera (Weeds, Rango) in The Last Intervention, written by Sarah Thorp (The Bounty Hunter, Twisted,) and directed by Giovanny Blanco (Cornelius) in the role of Marisella.
A seasoned producer, her film Alma & Alex directed by 'Chris Chan Roberson' premiered at the Cannes Film Festival and the documentary La toma directed by Paola Mendoza, premiered at the prestigious, Traverse City Film Festival, and New York Documentary Film Festival.
As if these feats were not enough, Katherine is Founder of Guapa Films - a creative studio focused on making beautiful yet melancholy art through music and photography. Her first EP was released in 2020 - an endeavor for which she worked closely with top-tier producers Philip Carroll and grammy winner Jeff "Jedi" Jones. Katherine is a proud member of the Professional Photographers Association and is currently (2023) working on fine arts photography exhibitions.
