Amanda. J. Sibanda is a British-Zimbabwean storyteller, who would like to work on making Black, African women visible in the storytelling world - in front of and behind the scenes. She holds an MFA in Filmmaking from the London Film School. Whilst at the London Film School, Sibanda wrote and directed short films 6 and Thula - which were shown at the London Film Africa Festival in 2012 as part of their Gems from the Diaspora programme. Most recently she worked as a Set Production Assistant on The Batman (2022) and a Key Location Marshal (dailies) on Enola Holmes 2 (2022).
