Isac Elliot Lundén was born on December 26th 2000, in Finland.He's from Espoo, and he speaks both Swedish and Finnish. In 2012 he was in the Finnish movie, Ella Ja Kaverit, with the song 'Pop goes my heart'.In the beginning of 2013, he released the song "New Way Home". The single become very popular around the Scandinavian countries, and some other countries as well. Isac's album, "Wake Up World", was released on May 24th 2013, and now he has fans from all around the world.
