Jarrett Michael Collins was born in Dayton, Oh. At an early age, Jarrett exhibited a strong passion for the Arts. A young storyteller in the making, Jarrett won 1st place in a City-Wide Young Writers Contest amongst his age group. Not only a visionary, nerd, and writer of narrative and poetry, but Jarrett also is a self-taught music producer and singer-songwriter. For years Jarrett would work his craft as a musician and poetry, even doing a few stage plays and short films. Not only was it his Passion to perform and his imagination to create what fueled him, but also the encouragement of his loved ones that propelled Jarrett to follow his Dreams. Moving from his hometown to Detroit, Michigan to pursue his Music Interest and build bonds and relationships there, to moving to Atlanta Georgia to continue to pursue his goals. After performing on stages and working behind the scenes, a suggestion from a friend gave Jarrett the spark he was looking for to ignite his drive again. The introduction of training professionally as an actor gave Jarrett not only the avenue to sharpen himself and stretch his already impressive range even further, but also to better understand the world around him. Like so many talented individuals before him, it gave Jarrett a better sense of Purpose. After several years of honing his craft as an actor, Jarrett scored several opportunities to work, whether it be speaking roles in television series, music videos and commercials, feature films, Directing projects, and the blessed opportunity of getting the chance to showcase his talents (and win some awards) as a Leading Man along the way. As Jarrett has grown, so has his heart. Co-creating an acting class named "The BookingRoom Atl", a place where actors sharpen their skills amongst all different levels and experiences of actors created an organic and memorable experience for many, that continues to serve the Atlanta acting community to this day. Coaching actors in the craft has not only impacted Jarrett on a major level but it's been instrumental in his mission to give back to the acting community. With Writing and Directing being major goals in the future, Jarrett continues to keep his nose to the ground and work to feel the world around him.
