Maya Molly is multi-talented Actress, Singer, Dancer, Director and Producer. Born and raised in Alberta, Canada this home grown talent has had a passion for the performing arts since childhood. Known for bringing honesty, depth and an emotional connection too each performance she brings to the stage and screen, Maya's magnetic personality and natural charm make you an immediate fan and leaves you wanting more. Beginning her pre professional career in church plays, Maya continues to successfully build her resume in all facets of the industry. Selected stage credits include: Curtain Up (Featured Artist & Assistant to the Producer), Paradise (Abby), Happy Days (Joanie Cunnigham), Baggage Claim (Oma Goodness), Aftermath (Tamara) and Christmas Gift (Amanda).
Selected screen credits include: Cut Bank, Burn Your Maps, Condolences, Hush, Breaking Spirits, Joy to the World and Bagman.
In 2015 Maya continued to expand her talents to include both print and runway modeling where she was featured in Western Canada Fashion Week both in 2015 and 2016. She has walked the runway for prominent Canadian Fashion Designers Sneha Parvez (LA-Merr) and Pari Chehrehsa, as well as Kati Metso of Finland. Maya was featured in PUMP Magazine and Pinkberry Magazine in 2015. Her musical prowess spans the spectrum from solos at school concerts, choir and singing in the TGP band. She has also had the esteemed honor to work alongside iconic international artists including Jeff Hyslop, Hector Johnson and Richard Margison, where she was the first recipient of the Richard Margison Scholarship for Vocal Achievement in 2015.
