Vikas Pal was born in Etawah, a small district in Uttar Pradesh. He did his schooling there and then moved to Delhi for college in mass communication, where he also got a chance to do theater in Mandi House from 2008 to 2011. After completing his studies, he worked as an assistant director on a national TV show. Then he moved to Mumbai. Vikas Pal has given many deserving actors a platform to showcase their talent. Vikas Pal does not come from a grand background. Hence, they scouted for talents outside the industry, and the rest is history. Vikas Pal has cast for web series like "Jamtara Sabka Number Aayega," "Yeh Meri Family," and "Thinkistan," as well as numerous TV commercials, and is the man who discovered faces like Sparsh Shrivastva, Anshuman Pushkar, Monika Panwar, and Ravi Chahar.
