* Maurice "Reese" Clark was born in Hartford, CT and is a multi-award winning Producer/Director/Artist.
Awards Include: 2022 and 2008 CT Governor's Award (The State of Connecticut); Day of Dedication "Maurice Clark Day" (City of Springfield, MA); 100 Men of Color Class of 2022 Honoree (Archer Entertainment); 2015 Best Supporting Actor (The Atlanta Black Theatre Festival); 2015 Alder's Award, (The City of New Haven).
2015 Producer's Award and 2015 Best Show/Best Show Concept (Access TV);
2010 "Outstanding Men of Honor" (Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc);
for "Outstanding Advocacy for Youth and the Arts", issued by former Connecticut Governor M. Jodi Rell.
Some of his television and film credits include: "Oprah's Master Class" (Gladys Knight edition), "Blindspot", "Diamond Ruff" (movie) and "Sunny's Secret" (independent film). His other theater credits include: "Wide Open: A One Woman Stage Play" (Director/Choreographer), "The Thick Chronicles" (choreographer/actor), "Long May She Wave" (multiple roles each showing), and "Who Killed Bobby Clayton?"(male lead).

Maurice is a husband and father of three. When he isn't acting, performing, creating or teaching, he enjoys cooking, reading, writing, spending time with family and loved ones.
