Absolutely the best Finnish series in whatever genre ever.
I know the neighbourhood, a street called called Ulvilantie surrounding mostly all of the residential buildings, and a deep forest outside.
But for the review..
Everything here is right. The script, the direction, the photography, the music, the acting. You follow the happenings around you from the point of view of the children, which is far from regular. The music always takes you to something sinister, horror if you like, but psychological horror, not gore. The images do the same in their part.
Only thing that keeps from giving this a ten is is the eternal sin of the adult actors' not being capable of speaking clearly.
But. In the penultimate episode Miro's mother (Laura Birn) gives out a monologue, of which I half hear, but totally understand.
