Audrey Justine Tautou was born on August 9, 1976 in Beaumont, France, to Evelyne Marie Laure (Nuret), a teacher, and Bernard Tautou, a dental surgeon. Audrey showed an interest for comedy at an early age and started her acting lessons at 'Cours Florent'. In 1998 she won the best young actress award in the ninth 'Jeune Comedien de Cinema Festival' in Bezier. Then, she came to the attention of Tonie Marshall who gave her a role in her film Venus Beauty Institute (1999) for which she won a Best New Actress Cesar. It came as a surprise to even Audrey: "I was so certain I could not be chosen that I told her that she probably dialled a wrong number." The director chose her for her natural nature: "She came, she gaffed, she turned reddish, her ears were in a funny position and her hair was relaxed. In five minutes, she gave me the heart of the character, a petite young girl who would like to be a lady and will become a woman." In 2000, Audrey was again nominated for a Cesar and her movie Amélie (2001) has been a phenomenal success worldwide.- Actor

This tall, sandy-haired, mustachioed actor from Texas, born Justus McQueen, adopted the name of the character he portrayed in his first film, Battle Cry (1955). Jones, with his craggy, gaunt looks, first appeared in minor character roles in plenty of WWII films including The Young Lions (1958), The Naked and the Dead (1958), Hell Is for Heroes (1962) and Battle of the Coral Sea (1959). However, 1962 saw him team up with maverick director Sam Peckinpah for the first of Jones' five appearances in his films. Ride the High Country (1962) saw Jones play one of the lowlife Hammond brothers. Next he appeared alongside Charlton Heston in Major Dundee (1965), then Peckinpah cast him, along with his real-life friend Strother Martin, as one of the scummy, murderous bounty hunters in The Wild Bunch (1969). Such was the chemistry between Jones and Martin that Peckinpah teamed them again the following year in The Ballad of Cable Hogue (1970), and Jones' final appearance in a Peckinpah film was in another western, Pat Garrett & Billy the Kid (1973). Two years later Jones directed the cult post-apocalyptic film A Boy and His Dog (1975) starring a young Don Johnson. He has continued to work in Hollywood, and as the lines on his craggy face have deepened, he turns up more frequently as crusty old westerners, especially in multiple TV guest spots. He turned in an interesting performance as a seemingly good ol' boy Nevada cowboy who was actually a powerful behind-the-scenes player in state politics who leaned on Robert De Niro's Las Vegas mob gambler in Martin Scorsese's violent and powerful Casino (1995).- Actress

She has been married to Lukas Behnken since 15 July 2006. They have two children.- Texas-born Helen Vinson was born Helen Rulfs in Beaumont on September 17, 1907, the daughter of an oil company exec.. The family eventually settled in Houston, where her inflamed passion for acting was first ignited. While in her teens she married Harry N. Vickerman, a man fifteen years her senior who came from a well-to-do Philadelphia family. Although she was not accepted into the drama department of the University of Texas. She persevered by earning parts in local theater productions. She eventually made her Broadway debut in a walk-on role in a production entitled "Los Angeles" (1927). The stock market crash of 1929 ruined her husband's business and the stress and anguish precipitated divorce proceedings after only five years. Helen gained further notice on Broadway in "Berlin" starring Sydney Greenstreet and "The Fatal Alibi" (1932) with Charles Laughton. During this time she was also noticed by Warner Brothers talent scouts who ushered the svelte blonde straight to Hollywood.
A chic, elegant beauty with a tinge of a Southern drawl, she played both lead and support roles in pre-Code films. Making a strong impression trading insults as the aloof "other woman." Often unsympathetic, self-involved and frequently bitchy and backstabbing. She was not above using her feminine wiles to get her way. She played Kay Francis' epicurean friend in the mild comedy Jewel Robbery (1932), and stood between Loretta Young and David Manners happiness as his wealthy fiance in the soap-styled drama They Call It Sin (1932). In the classic I Am a Fugitive from a Chain Gang (1932), she had a rather bland "nice girl" role as the stylish woman Paul Muni leaves Glenda Farrell for. Appearing opposite a number of diminutive male stars such as Muni, Edward G. Robinson, James Cagney and George Raft, whom she danced with in Midnight Club (1933), the almost 5'7" actress was not too popular with the so-called vertically-challenged leading men at Warners and was quickly released from her contract.
Earlier (in 1931) she had earned major Broadway notice as the female lead in the fantasy "Death Takes a Holiday" playing a woman who literally faces Death (played by Philip Merivale). Both she and Merivale missed out on recreating their roles in the 1934 film version when the parts instead went to Fredric March and Evelyn Venable. More film work came Helen's way alongside some of Hollywood's most popular and virile leading men. She played Warner Baxter's castoff wife in Frank Capra's Broadway Bill (1934) and Gary Cooper's problematic mate in The Wedding Night (1935). She appeared with Charles Boyer in Private Worlds (1935); Humphrey Bogart in Two Against the World (1936); James Cagney in Torrid Zone (1940) and even lightened it up a little bit in the Bob Hope/Paulette Goddard comedy Nothing But the Truth (1941). One of Helen's best known film roles, however, came with the plush drama In Name Only (1939) starring Cary Grant and Carole Lombard. In this vintage soaper, Vinson plays a close confidante to the highly manipulative and rancorous Kay Francis, who is married to Grant, who has in turn fallen in love with good-hearted Lombard.
When Helen married the British Wimbledon tennis champion Fred Perry, in 1935. She moved to England for a time. While there she made the films Transatlantic Tunnel (1935), King of the Damned (1935) and Love in Exile (1936), which resulted in little fanfare. They relocated to Los Angeles a couple years later so she could find more work. Perry also hoped he could parlay his sports fame into a movie career. Their highly publicized marriage was short-lived, however. Lasting only five years. After marrying her third husband, stockbroker Donald Hardenbrook, in 1945. Helen gave up her career completely according to the wishes of her husband. The couple remained together until his death in 1976. She had no children from her three marriages. After her retirement, she found varied interests including interior design. For the remainder of her life. She divided home life between Chapel Hill, North Carolina and Nantucket Island, Massachusetts. Helen passed away in Chapel Hill in 1999 of natural causes at the age of 92. - Mark Damon Espinoza's breakout role as 'Jesse Vasquez,' Andrea Zuckerman's boyfriend on the hit television series Beverly Hills 90210, quickly established him as an audience favorite at a time when LatinX actors were scarce in prime time television. From there, Mark went on to play the role of 'Carlos,' the boyfriend of airhead Kelly, in yet another hit television series, Married With Children.
Subsequently, Mark has appeared in numerous films and theatrical productions as well as hundreds of hours of television on such notable shows as Criminal Minds, Mayans M.C., American Horror Story, and Scandal, playing everything from blood-sucking priests to kind-hearted cops.
After graduating from college with a degree in Marketing/Economics, the Beaumont, Texas native spent two years in the corporate world before deciding a change of direction was called for. He decamped to New York where he enrolled at the Circle in the Square Theatre School and was awarded a scholarship for music performance.
Regional theatre work eventually brought Espinoza west to the Old Globe Theatre in San Diego and his love affair with California began. He has also performed at The Goodman Theatre in Chicago, Berkley Rep in Northern California, the Alabama Shakespeare Festival, the Geffen Playhouse in Los Angeles, Portland Center Stage, Missouri Rep and a host of others.
Cabaret work took him to Germany where he performed at The International Theatre of Frankfurt and the Frankfurt Opera House. He's also been known to break out in song in a variety of Irish Pubs in Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York.
When not shooting on location, Mark makes his home in Los Angeles where he is a proud Girl Dad to three amazing young women and a dog daddy to three rescues. - Actress

The fresh-faced appeal and promising talent of darkly handsome "B" actor Don Castle was evident from the late 30s into the 40s, but it wasn't enough for him to reach topgrade stardom. Born Marion Goodman, Jr. in Beaumont Texas in 1918 and raised in Houston, Don enrolled at the University of Texas before heading West to California to try his luck in acting.
An agent was struck by his resemblance to a young Clark Gable and took him to MGM, who went on to sign the 20-year-old actor wannabe (young Marion had already changed his name to Don Castle). The nascent actor was groomed very slowly and started at the bottom step of the billing ladder with numerous small, often uncredited roles in such films as Young Dr. Kildare (1938), Nick Carter, Master Detective (1939), Strike Up the Band (1940), The Ghost Comes Home (1940) and I Take This Woman (1940). On a very rare occasion MGM would better feature their client in support as in the comedy Rich Man, Poor Girl (1938) which starred Robert Young and Ruth Hussey in the title roles with Don as part of Hussey's zany family, and also as Dennis Hunt in Love Finds Andy Hardy (1938), a role he played again in Out West with the Hardys (1938). Appearing in several MGM shorts but, for the most part, interest in their client quickly waned.
Paramount picked the young actor up and cast him in a smallish role in You're the One (1941), a vehicle for the then-popular jazz and popular standards singer (Wee) Bonnie Baker. His second film, the war-era drama Power Dive (1941), a loanout, finally gave Don a chance to show his potential in a second lead role as test pilot Richard Arlen's brother and rival for Jean Parker. Don also showed strong ability in Tombstone: The Town Too Tough to Die (1942) with Richard Dix playing Wyatt Earp and Don fourth billed as Johnny Duanne.
WWII interrupted his career when he was drafted into the Army Air Force. During that time he made training films for the First Motion Picture Unit. Don returned to Paramount following his 1946 discharge but little interest was shown. A small role in The Searching Wind (1946), a war drama, was all he could muster. On his own, Don finally received top billing in the "Poverty Row" programmer Lighthouse (1947) in which he and fellow lighthouse keeper (played by John Litel) vie for the affections of pretty June Lang. He then went and co-starred with Johnny Sands and Vivian Austin in the cheapjack racing yarn Born to Speed (1947).
Don forged a strong friendship with former child actress Bonita Granville after co-starring with her in the Monogram film noir The Guilty (1947), The friendship proved quite fruitful. He was then cast in the Wrather Production Company's drama High Tide (1947) with Lee Tracy and Julie Bishop and again appeared opposite Bonita in Strike It Rich (1948). Don went on to serve as "best man" when Bonita married studio head Jack Wrather in 1947.
Most of Don's lead/support parts in subsequent bargain-basement independents were equally unrewarding -- The Invisible Wall (1947), Roses Are Red (1947), Perilous Waters (1948), Madonna of the Desert (1948), Who Killed 'Doc' Robbin? (1948), I Wouldn't Be in Your Shoes (1948) and Stampede (1949). He subsequently signed a three-picture contract with Lippert Productions but only one, Motor Patrol (1950), was ever filmed. When movie offers completely dried up in 1950, Don found some brief work as a guest on TV anthology programs.
During the lean years in the early 1950s, Don and his second wife, Zetta, opened Castle's Red Barn (1959) in Palm Springs which became a popular place to stay. They ran it for seven years. In 1957, he was given minor roles in the films The Big Land (1957) and Gunfight at the O.K. Corral (1957). Jack and Bonita Wrather came to Don's rescue once again when Jack made Don president of International Television Corporation. He also served as an associate producer of Wrather's classic series Lassie (1954) from 1960-1962.
Don's later years were marred by depression. Divorced from his second wife in 1962, he died from a drug overdose at the age of 47.- Writer
