When Alex steps out of the shower, we first see his butt, but in a later shot, he is suddenly wearing briefs.

During the briefing scene, as the camera circles around Alex, a crew member can be seen over Germaine's shoulder, peering around a corner before ducking away.

(at around 43 mins) When Alex tries to shoot him, Michelle says, "It only works if you load it, stupid." He did, two minutes earlier.

For a supercop, Alex makes a lot of inexplicable mistakes. Several times he has one of the bad guys temporarily disabled, but runs away instead of finishing them off. He also passes up chances to pick up weapons from fallen pursuers, even though he's outnumbered and outgunned.
