Normani Kordei is finally releasing her debut solo album after teasing fans for many years following the Fifth Harmony split.

The singer shared a snippet of the first single, titled “1:59,” from her new album Dopamine.

The driving backbeat and distorted guitar chops on the verses give oomph to Mick Jagger’s snarling vocals, as the melodic sparkle of the catchy, hook-led chorus transforms the track into a Stones-ified “pop bop.”

The “Stones Tour ’24 Hackney Diamonds” visits 16 cities beginning in April 2024, including stops in Houston, Glendale, Las Vegas, Seattle, E. Rutherford, Foxboro, Orlando, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Cleveland, Denver, Chicago, Vancouver, Los Angeles, and Santa Clara. Additionally, The Stones will appear at the New Orleans Jazz Fest. It marks the band’s first outing since the “No Filter” tour in 2021.

Richard Roundtree, known for his role as Shaft in the series of films, died at the age of 81. The actor has left a legacy in both film and television for generations to come.

Roundtree made his debut in film as John Shaft in Shaft about a private detective who is hired by a mobster to help rescue his daughter who was kidnapped by Italian mobsters.
