The advantage of Frank's tough early life and the alcoholism he worked his way out of is that he has a wealth of killer stories now, some of which he goes through here. He has an excellent stand-up style and an easy way with words, some of them four-lettered, most of them funny. A lot of his material is self-deprecating, and the more risqué stories he tells are told in a style that allows him to be offensive without actually offending any but the most puritanical of souls. Look out especially here for the tale of him, David Baddiel and the disabled toilet at the "Loch Ness" premiere - that one had me laughing uncontrollably...
