Host Kash Hovey interviews Allisyn Snyder about her career. At 4 years old, Allisyn Snyder was discovered by her manager, Lynne Marks, in a local acting class. She worked steadily throughout childhood, appearing in over 70 TV commercials and shows such as F.R.I.E.N.D.S., Judging Amy, Still Standing, Body of Proof and I Didn't Do It. At age 12, Allisyn became well-known for her series regular role of Zora in the hit Disney shows Sonny with a Chance and So Random. Allisyn graduated at age 15 and began studying cinematography at Glendale Community College. In 2014, Allisyn developed a YouTube personality named Astrid Clover and has produced over 250 episodes of the web series which has a loyal following. Allisyn started producing films in 2015 alongside her now-husband, Dylan Snyder, forming Watch The Footage (WTF) Productions with producer Bob Morrison. Several WTF shorts have gained distribution through Mali Elfman's Fun Size Horror (FSH) and can be found on Amazon as part of FSH's Shocktale Party series. Allisyn plays the fan-favorite mousy high school student, Heather Wilmore, on NBC's A.P. Bio starring Glenn Howerton and Patton Oswalt. Her feature film appearances include Mr. Woodcock, King of California, and lead roles in Aimy In A Cage and Ozark Sharks. She is a seasoned voice-over performer and is the voice of the character Stormy in the Disney Junior series Jake and the Neverland Pirates. When she's not in front of or behind the camera, Allisyn's other talents and hobbies include trapeze, aerial silks, scuba, and roller derby. She is also a prolific artist, with her first gallery showing occurring when she was only 15 years old.
