The premise of the show is 4 players, most of whom haven't played D&D, doing a low level adventure. Then puppets are used to reenact the adventure.

It's pretty benign and light hearted watching. If anyone is wondering what D&D is like, this is a great show to get that experience.

For the most part it's family friendly, one of the characters has a name that is....questionable. The entire thing is done with humor being at the forefront. They also fudge the rules a bit, for the sake of following the narrative, as well as keeping it better for watching.
