Eidos Montreal has said that the Guardians of the Galaxy video game will have no DLC. This was confirmed by executive narrative director, Mary DeMarle, in a pre-launch interview with Stevivor. She said in June 2021 that there will be no downloadable content because Eidos Montreal want players to have the complete game from day one. She specifically mentioned costumes and abilities with an emphasis on no microtransactions.

In Peter's flashback to his 13th birthday, he gets $10 from his mother. The bill she gives him is in the style of the modern bill that was redesigned in 2000, which would not be the style available in the 80s when Peter was a kid.

Worth it

Not only one of the best Marvel games in awhile but also just a damn good game in general. Controlling your teammates is a little annoying but I don't know how they could of done it any better. Definitely worth picking up and hopefully DLC is coming soon.
