It takes you to the tiny world of people relations, as well as it shows the pain of people in Zion.
Modern European world full of material stuff and with the whole in the heart..The Middle East where people very poor but with spiritual depth. The movies for sure will make you to reflect...

In "Deserted" you are introduced to Ingrid. She is a talented Swedish photojournalist. One night Ingrid gets kidnapped by three Palestinian men. The men want money and Ingrid is left with few choices. After some time in captivity, Ingrid begins to develop feelings for Ali, one of her kidnappers. He is nicer than the two other kidnappers. But it doesn´t take long before Ali´s boss Moussa starts to suspect something. And Moussa is not easily fooled.
Yes, I liked this movie. It actually has a good quality. Ingrid is strong, brave, beautiful and she inspires me. But some scenes which portrays her and the helpful, sympathetic, handsome and quite calm Ali´s love story made me surprised or shocked. And the third kidnapper seems to be too happy, almost annoyingly happy. Has he understood that they have kidnapped someone? But all in all I can recommend this movie. I learned new things while watching this movie. I can imagine that you could like "Deserted" if you liked "Queen of the Desert" (2015).
