As its talks with Hollywood studios on a new contract continue, The Animation Guild launched the first of a series of planned marches called “March on the Boss,” delivering petitions to studio executives demanding a fair deal for animators.

Netflix is the first studio on the list, as hundreds of guild workers marched to the streamer’s headquarters to deliver a petition signed by nearly 2,000 of its animation employees.

“The petition reminds these bosses that while animation workers kept content alive during the Covid lockdown, and animation is outperforming live action on screens and in merchandise sales, animation workers are facing unprecedented levels of unemployment, losing their healthcare, homes, and livelihoods,” Tag said in a statement.

Ethan Hawke must’ve enjoyed his guest spot on Reservation Dogs: The Oscar-nominated actor will star in a new drama, written and directed by Reservation Dogs co-creator Sterlin Harjo, which just earned a series order at FX, our sister site Variety reports.

The drama, which is titled The Sensitive Kind, is described as a “Tulsa noir” and will star Hawke as “a guy who knows too much.” A pilot was ordered in February, with a supporting cast that includes Keith David, Siena East, Jeanne Tripplehorn, Tim Blake Nelson, Scott Shepherd, Tracy Letts, Kyle MacLachlan and Macon Blair.

Neil Gaiman is synonymous with The Sandman, both the DC comics he created and the Netflix series based on them, on which he is an executive producer. The Amazon-owned streamer is developing a thriller called The Orpheus Project, centering on a group of young doctors who conduct dangerous experiments on themselves that skirt the line between life and death. The project, from writers Dee Johnson (Fellow Travelers) and Paul Keables (Nashville), is based on an Israeli series titled Metim Lerega that ran on that country’s Hot platform.

Black Myth Wukong is now available for the gaming community to purchase on the PlayStation 5 and PC digital storefronts. The game is selling well despite being made by an independent game developer, and amidst the fierce competition, it proves that there is a market for single-player games in a gaming industry oversaturated with competitive online multiplayer titles. Recent reports suggest the game already made more than the development cost a few weeks after release which is an outstanding achievement.

Selling units at an unprecedented rate is a rare feat. However, the game is nowhere near the record set by the fastest-selling game ever.

The game was released a few weeks ago and has already shattered records established by other popular games on the PC platform.

Black Myth: Wukong is now available for PlayStation 5 and PC players; however, the game is missing on a notable competitor platform. The representatives of Microsoft reiterate that the game will eventually launch on the current generation consoles and deny that the technological limitations of the hardware are delaying the launch, but something else entirely and outside of their purview. Many have suspected Game Science may have signed a deal with Sony Interactive Entertainment for timed exclusivity which is what Microsoft insinuates.

The console wars have reached new heights if what Microsoft claims is true. Although, the gaming company clarified they do not want to comment on the affairs of Game Science outside of their partnership; however, they firmly believe that the current generation of Xbox consoles is more than capable of running the game without issue.

Hosted by the charismatic Nagarjuna Akkineni, Bigg Boss Telugu 8 promises its viewers “limitless entertainment.” On the grand launch day, 14 contestants will enter the Bigg Boss house with more expected to enter during the fifth week. This season is a bit unusual because it includes wild card entries featuring ex-contestants from other seasons.

Some of the wild card entries speculated to participate are Anchor Shiva, Nayani Pavani and Shobha Shetty. Arjun Ambati has been announced to host all the exit interviews under the segment of Bigg Boss Buzz.

Speaking of new entrants, Telugu cinema actor-producer Aditya Om is said to be one of the notable contestants. He made his film debut in 2002 with the movie Lahiri Lahiri Lahiri lo and has appeared in several Telugu and Hindi films since then. He later ventured into directing with the 2013 film Bandook.

Armaan Malik, along with his wives Kritika and Payal, has recently released a music video for their new song, “Mharo Pallo Latke.” The video has caught attention for its dramatic recreation of a controversial incident from Bigg Boss Ott 3.

In the snippet shared by Armaan on Instagram, the music video features a scene where Armaan confronts a man who is teasing Kritika. The scenario mirrors the infamous slap incident from the reality show, where Armaan Malik slapped Vishal Pandey for allegedly making advances toward his wife, Kritika.

Six months after its freshman season ended, we now have a verdict about Criminal Record‘s fate: The crime thriller will be back for Season 2 at Apple TV+, TVLine has learned.

Series star Cush Jumbo appeared to break the renewal news back in February during an episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, where she answered, “There will be, yeah,” when asked if there would be a second season. At the time, however, an Apple rep told TVLine that Criminal Record had yet to be formally picked up.
