Production company Baby Cow has edited the episodes into 6 x 30 TV series. The BBC was believed to be picking up the TV edit of the series, but as of December 2011 the current front runners are BSkyB who have offered to produce another series and a Christmas Special, direct-to-TV for their digital channel, Sky Atlantic HD.

Nigel Lindsay and Darren Boyd both went on to appear as different characters in Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa (2013).
