The cab's license plate does not show a province or state. This was filmed in Saskatchewan, Canada. It's unclear in what era this film is set, but the contemporary plate is a white background with green characters, three stalks of gold wheat in the middle of them, and a green 'Saskatchewan' above.

The police car has no unit ID number on it, nor city/jurisdiction, slogan or mention of 911.
