The movie theatre in the series The Roxy is actually called The Roxy where it was filmed which is located in Uxbridge, Ontario, Canada.

Many episodes are titled after songs from the 90's. Some are title based on songs from other decades or lyrics from songs.

It was announced in January 2024 that the second season of the series would feature the Hallmark Channel's very first scene of a woman in her underwear. Hallmark has long had a "no nudity" rule for screenwriters, but producers decided to push the envelope a bit by showing 65-year old Andie MacDowell, who plays Del Landry, swimming in a lake in her bra and panties. MacDowell told Today (1952) that she didn't diet or anything to prepare for the scene. "I didn't worry about my body. It's like, at a certain point, you're so tired of having to think about those things."

Showrunners, co-creators and head writers Heather Conkie and Alexandra Clarke are real life mother and daughter.

The house used as the Landry home is the same as Anne's home in Anne with an E (2017).
