When the local football game has to be rescheduled due to a blackout, the villagers of Kekenberg have no idea what's coming yet. Soon enough they face lots of problems and with no means of communication the village has to get creative.
Everyone gets going: Some to buy food in the neighbouring village, some to get fuel, some set out to get the old well working again. Then a sudden storm endangers the villagers.
