Probably Chiron asked someone from his old neibourhood, maybe Teresa or someone else. Kevin himself may have gave Chiron the address or restaurant's name but haven't recognised Chiron since his physical appearance has changed since the last time they saw each other. Kevin only recognise him when he looks at Chiron's face.
