The Character of Rawlf Shandy (portrayed by veteran Chicago Comedian/Producer Charles J Turck), is a beaten-down fellow who simply can't catch a break. All he wants in life is to win an Emmy in a category with one of the most ridiculously long names imaginable. In an odd twist of fate, poking fun at long category names was deemed "too risky" by the powers-that-be and poor Rawlf, fictional though he may be, was (some might say fittingly) cut from the original broadcast. However, thanks to the miracle of the alternative media, Rawlf was able to ride again in the updated 2015 re-broadcast.
