Shanky (Prasad Reddy) has the most number of monologues in the series. Though Prasad struggles with stuttering, he worked hard and byhearted all his dialogues before coming to the set.

The series was originally titled 'Family Matters' and had a title track themed around it. However, due to potential copyright issues the name was later changed to 'Yeh Meri Family' and a new title track was created to accompany it.

Yeh Meri Family was shot way before it launched. Due to circumstances makers waited for the right time to release it on digital platforms.

All the episodes are named after kids' games.

Shanky always carries a pink handkerchief in the right pocket of his short.
