A pop-up camp of 31 regular people must figure out how to survive with each other after living in a bunker for most of their lives. Ian must lead and care for his anxious sister. They all await what they face in the days to come.

When Ian, Chris, and Mason try to cover up the death of a colleague, Luna continues to question. Ian keeps up his macho charade.

Everyone's fears come true, and the camp finds their leader preoccupied. This is Luna's chance to take the pilot's seat, but Mason won't have it.

Chris reappears and relates his findings from outside the camp perimeter and learns about the outsiders. Though his front runners attempt to enter peacefully, the foretold militia leader finally appears and manipulates his way into camp.
