Toon Marooned (2001)
Toon Marooned is a very comedic and fun parody of Survivor!
After watching this TV mini-series back when I was just a kid & now again on YouTube as an adult here's my spoiler-free review of the Looney Tunes parody called; Toon Marooned! As usual, I'll be talking about my thoughts, looking back on watching this before when I was younger and my conclusion/rating! I liked the idea of cartoon characters stranded on an island inspired by the reality game show: Survivor this was before I watched Total Drama, the voice acting is excellent, especially Joe Alaskey who not only voices multiple characters in this program but also the Green Loontern in LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham! I remember getting the old disc from KFC back in the day I would always watch it with my brother all the time! Overall I enjoyed watching this short show sometimes you don't have to watch it for ratings you can watch it for entertainment & fun! I look forward to watching this mini-series all over again! That's why I gave this show a 6/10! Please don't remove this review I work so hard on it and I love doing it for these small projects but I won't do them for big movies or TV & quite possibly games, anyway see you guys soon! ;-)
Doctor Who Extra (2014)
A very nice Dr Who behind the scenes show!
After I watched some episodes of this on YouTube here's my spoiler-free review of Doctor Who Extra! Now I'll be talking about my thoughts, looking back on the past, present and future of this Sci-Fi series & my conclusion/rating! This web series was entertaining to watch on YouTube! There was Kill the Moon which was the worst episode of the season! Peter Capaldi is an underrated Doctor better than Dr Karen played by Jodie Whittaker and Dr Not played by Ncuti Gatwa! Just like Dr Who Confidental you get to see the making of the series, I stopped watching Dr Who after Power of the Doctor and I'm glad I did cuz it all went downhill from there so I decided to stick with the classics! About 10 years ago I didn't know I was going to make Time Traveller in high school until I saw Dr Who! Overall this was a fun BTS Dr Who Show & I might even rewatch Dr Who: The TV Movie! That's why I gave this a 7/10! I know I said I wouldn't write any more reviews on IMDb but I'll still Rate games, movies, shorts, TV and videos and write spoiler-free reviews for small projects! See you soon! ;-)
Dune (1984)
An old classic 80's film that's out of date!
Before I rewatch Dune: Part One just in time for Part Two here's my spoiler-free review of the original Dune from 1984! As usual, I'll be talking about my thoughts, comparing the music to the new version and my conclusion/rating! This movie has an interesting cast; Kyle MacLachlan, Patrick Stewart, Sean Young, the late great Max von Sydow, etc. The music by Toto is better than the score from 2021 by Hans Zimmer! I watched bits of this film & then I slept through most of it haha LOL! It'll be intriguing watching Dune: Part Two and comparing it to this but I'm also worried about it! Overall this movie is not as good as the new one but we'll see how the next instalment does! That's why I gave this a 6/10! This might be the last review I write cuz IMDb is removing them! Seriously I've had my Rise of Skywalker spoiler review removed, my Migration spoiler-free review removed & my spoiler review of Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom removed if this gets taken down then I'm going back to rating movies, TV, Games and videos! I'll still edit my previous reviews that have been saved but hopefully, everything will be fine! Have fun everyone! ;-)
Hilda: Chapter 8: The Fairy Isle (2023)
An amazing series finale to an adventurous, fantastic and heartwarming kids' show!
After watching the last 2 episodes as a double-feature here's my spoiler-free review of the Hilda finale; Chapter 8: The Fairy Isle! As usual, I'll be talking about my thoughts, my favourite moments from the beginning, middle & end and my conclusion/rating! Bella Ramsey is a brilliant actress, I haven't seen her work in Game of Thrones but I'm very keen, eager, intrigued & interested to watch her performance in The Worst Witch which is like Harry Potter but different! I started watching this during the COVID Crisis and as much as I enjoyed the first season I loved season 2, especially Chapter 9: The Deerfox! Then I started watching the movie Hilda and the Mountain King (which you can check out my spoiler-free review here on IMDb) & finally, there was season 3 that I equally enjoyed as season 2 this final episode wraps up the stories all well together! Overall this was a very fun kids' show to watch and I look forward to seeing what the cast & crew do next! That's why I gave this finale a 9/10! Goodbye Hilda, goodbye my dear :'-(
Willow (1988)
An entertaining family film that's better than the D+ series!
After I watched this movie on Sunday for lunch with Mum for its 35th anniversary here's my spoiler-free review of the original Willow! As usual, I'll be talking about my thoughts, my favourite moments and my conclusion/rating! This film stars Warwick Davis who after starring as Wicket the Ewok in Return of the Jedi got to be the lead! It also co-stars Val Kilmer who I loved as Bruce Wayne/Batman in Joel Schumacher's Batman Forever & Iceman in Top Gun and its successful 2022 hit sequel Maverick he's charming in this & now he's battling throat cancer! I'm going to spoil the Disney Plus show cuz it's not very good! There's diversity, it's not even about him and it's another bait-and-switch from Disney that's ruined thanks to Kathleen Kennedy & the monsters from The House of the Mouse! Overall this movie has cool, thrilling action scenes, is very well-directed by Ron Howard, the music by James Horner is beautiful and epic & will look so much better than the boring, dull, dumb series! That's why I gave this a 7/10! Go watch this with the whole family and skip the show! Man, that sucks! Haha LOL.
The Office: Finale (2013)
A much better finale than HIMYM, Lost and Seinfeld!
After I finished watching 9 brilliant seasons of this fantastic show here's my spoiler-free review of The Office series finale! As usual, I'll be talking about my thoughts, my favourite moments & memories of watching it and my conclusion/rating! This finale is very touching, heartfelt and hilarious! It ends the series very well which is something that How I Met Your Mother, Lost & Seinfeld failed to do! When I first started watching this I was in Albany with Mum and Dad on a holiday it was on Netflix at the time I watched what I could up until season 8 when it left the streaming service in December 2022! That's when I was told by my brother Jordy that it was Prime Video! I picked up where I left off when I thought it was gone it came back! We've spent a lot of time with these characters we've grown to love & I'm very grateful for the cast and crew of this amazing series! Overall this was an outstanding conclusion to a show based on the British version, I look forward to seeing a movie & eventually checking out the other one! That's why I gave the US Office finale a 9/10! I just want to say to everyone who worked on this wonderful series thank you and goodbye, I'll miss you :'(
Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget (2023)
23 years later we have a sequel to Chicken Run that's not as good as the first but I'm sure some people will like it!
After watching this movie during the day on Christmas Eve with my Mum, Dad and my brother Jordy for lunch here's my spoiler-free review of Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget! As usual, I'll be talking about my thoughts, my favourite moments & comparing the other Aardman shorts and my conclusion/rating! After the 2000s original Chicken Run, we finally have a sequel all of it was claymation but there was one that wasn't! A lot of cast members from the original did not return some were recast but the voice cast that did come back were Jane Horrocks as Babs, Imelda Staunton as Bunty, Lynn Ferguson as Mac & a surprise return was Miranda Richardson as Mrs Tweedy! I waited this long to write my review so I can be honest about it earlier in 2023 I wrote a spoiler-free review for Star Wars: Visions Vol. II Episode IV: I Am Your Mother which I enjoyed very much! Comparing this to Star Wars, Early Man, Shaun the Sheep and Wallace & Gromit (which is finally getting a new film after we lost Peter Sallis back in 2017 6 years ago) it's not as good as the previous instalment! Overall I'm sure kids will enjoy this and I look forward to seeing what Aardman does next! That's why I gave this a 6/10! Go check out the other mini-movies while you wait for more & I'm certain that you, your kids and the whole family will be entertained by them! ;-)
The Truman Show (1998)
A very entertaining movie that still holds up 25 years later!
After watching this film with my Mum on a Friday night here's my spoiler-free review of The Truman Show! As usual, I'll be talking about my thoughts, my memories of watching this back in high school and my conclusion/rating! Jim Carrey stars as Truman Burbank he is so cool & intriguing to watch! The movie also co-stars; Laura Linney, Ed Harris, Natasha McElhone, Noah Emmerich etc. I remember when I first watched this film during my first year at Eaton Community College I had gotten back from my third trip to America & I watched it as an assignment for English class! It's a very captivating and interesting TV show made into a full-length movie! Overall this is still a great film to watch for teenagers, adults & elders maybe not for the whole family! That's why I gave this an 8/10! In case I don't see ya, good afternoon, good evening, and good night! ;-)
School of Rock (2003)
School of Rock is a very cool and entertaining Rock n Roll film!
After watching this movie on the last week of iSports on a Thursday night & now that it's the school holidays here's my spoiler-free review for School of Rock! As usual, I'll be talking about my thoughts, my favourite moments and my conclusion/rating! I finally watched this film for its 20th anniversary! Jack Black is rocking out to this I loved him in Kung Fu Panda & most recently The Super Mario Bros. Movie! The film also stars a young Miranda Cosgrove who you might remember as the voice of Margo from the Despicable Me franchise! The songs in this rule and the kids are too cool for school! Overall this movie was very enjoyable and entertaining if you want a back-to-school film to watch this one would be it! That's why I gave this a 7/10! I'll return tomorrow with a spoiler-free review of The Truman Show on the day of New Year's Eve! ;-)
Die Hard (1988)
The best action movie to watch either on Christmas or anytime!
After watching this film with my family of four; my Mum, Dad, Brother Jordy & me for the first time on Christmas Eve here's my spoiler-free review of the original Die Hard! As usual, I'll be talking about my thoughts, my favourite moments of watching it and my Conclusion/rating! Bruce Willis stars in this action thriller that still holds up 35 years later, this was Alan Rickman's first movie he played the bad guy Hans Gruber we still miss the beloved actor to this day R. I. P. The action scenes & special effects are so cool and entertaining, even though this film was set during Christmas time it's not a Christmas movie it was released in Australia back on October 6! Overall It's going to be very interesting to watch the other 3 Die Hard sequels I don't think I'll watch Die Hard 5 but I look forward to it! That's why I'm giving this an 8/10! I enjoyed this so much that I'm excited to see the next films! Merry Christmas everyone! ;-)
Love Actually (2003)
A more adult Christmas movie that's not for younger viewers!
Since I watched this film by myself on a Thursday night for Christmas time here's my spoiler-free review of Love Actually! As usual, I'll be talking about my thoughts, my early Christmas memories of listening to the music from the soundtrack when I was younger and my conclusion/rating! This Christmas flick has more adult themes than family-friendly Christmas movies & I watched it 20 years later! I always remember when my brother Jordy and I listened to the songs from the film; Christmas Is All Around by Billy Mack & All I Want For Christmas Is You by Olivia Olson my Dad would always play those songs when it got closer to Christmas or drive around to see the Christmas lights! Overall I enjoyed this movie as an older viewer and I do believe you should check out & listen to the 2 songs of the soundtrack (like I mentioned before). That's why I'm giving this a 7/10! I recommend it to Adults and Elders it would be too extreme for Kids and teenagers! I'll return tomorrow to write my spoiler-free review of Die Hard on Christmas Day! ;-)
The Creator (2023)
One of the coolest movies I've seen in 2023!
After I saw this film with my Dad a couple of months ago here's my spoiler-free review of The Creator! As usual, I'll be talking about my thoughts, my favourite moments of watching it and my conclusion/rating! This movie is directed by Gareth Edwards who also made Rogue One 7 years prior, it also stars John David Washington who you might remember in Christopher Nolan's Tenet as the Protagonist he's much better in this than that along with his Co-star Gemma Chan who was in both Sherlock & Dr Who! While I was watching the film I slept through some parts of it, I was sitting in the upright position, my mouth was dry but I stayed awake for the rest! The director himself said he has no plans for a sequel and that his favourite part of the story is the end & it's mine too! This movie was made by 20th Century Fox (that's right I said Fox, not Studios) and I enjoyed it! Overall I know some people may be mixed about this film & that's ok let's all agree to disagree! That's why I'm giving this a 6/10! Sorry it took so long to write this review but I wanted to get it done before the year was over but it's here now! Happy holidays! ;-)
Elf (2003)
Jon Favreau has created a family-friendly timeless Christmas classic with Elf!
After rewatching this movie with my Mum last week on Friday night for its 20th anniversary on Netflix here's my spoiler-free review of Elf! As usual, I'll be talking about my thoughts, my favourite moments & childhood memories of watching it and my conclusion/rating! This was released before Zathura: A Space Adventure, before Iron Man & before The Mandalorian which Jon Favreau would later work on those projects! This film has the late great Edward Asner who plays Santa Claus sadly he passed away in August 2 years ago same as James Caan who we lost a year ago! Will Ferrell is so funny in this he even played Alex Trebek in Celebrity Jeopardy! For SNL. This is a more family-friendly Christmas flick than Love Actually where that's an adult Christmas movie! I've been to New York City twice once in 2007 on my first trip to America with my family of 4 (Dad, Mum, brother Jordy and me) & again 10 years later in 2017 with Mum and Dad! I do want to find the original Ray's Pizza & taste test them! Overall this timeless Christmas classic still holds up after 20 years and I might even watch Elf: Buddy's Musical Christmas! That's why I'm giving this a 7/10! Go watch it on live TV or Netflix (if you have an account) & you'll enjoy it as much as I did! Merry Christmas everyone! ;-)
Armageddon (1998)
My first time watching this film 25 years later and I think it's such a cool movie!
After watching this film with my Mum for lunch on a Sunday here's my spoiler-free review of Armageddon from 1998! As usual, I'll be talking about my thoughts, my favourite moments watching this & my conclusion/rating! This cult classic is directed by Michael Bay who would later direct not one, not two, not three but five Transformers movies! The film stars; Bruce Willis, Liv Tyler, Ben Affleck, Steve Buscemi, Billy Bob Thornton, Owen Wilson, Michael Clarke Duncan (May he rest in peace) etc. The action scenes and special effects were amazing, Ben Affleck is much better in this than in 2003's Daredevil, the theme song by Aerosmith is brilliant & just like the lyrics; I didn't want to close my eyes, I didn't want to fall asleep and I didn't miss a thing! Overall I enjoyed this movie so much even though the runtime didn't feel that long & had a heartfelt happy ending! That's why I'm giving this a 6/10! Go check it out I recommend it to Teenagers, adults and elders! ;-)
Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny (2023)
After all the delays and reshoots this movie is not only worse than the trilogy but ruins the ending of Crystal Skull!
Major spoilers in this review for the plot points I'll be talking about! As usual, I'll start with what I liked, what I didn't like & my conclusion/rating! It was 7 years ago that they announced Harrison Ford was going to play Indiana Jones again and Steven Spielberg was going to be directing it until he left that's when they gave it to Kathleen Kennedy & it was all downhill from there! Let's start with the positives; some of the de-aging for Young Indy looks good and some of it is not that good, I liked that Steven Spielberg mentioned 3 indispensable people at the Indy 5 premiere including; the person who created Indiana Jones: George Lucas, the person who is Indiana Jones: Harrison Ford & finally the person who is the glue to all five of these films (which Kathleen Kennedy thought was going to be her) that gave us all of our rhythm and all our melody the great maestro: John Williams! No applause from Kathleen it was the greatest and funniest moment of this year! The last positive thing I like to mention before we jump into spoilers is that; the music by John Williams is outstanding 1 hour 8 minutes! I'm glad he's accomplished a lot in his life & I'm happy for him that he's retiring to focus on film concerts! Okay, spoiler talk; before I watched this movie I went back and rewatched Young Indiana Jones Chronicles cuz this film connects to the show in Dial of Destiny Indy didn't want his son Mutt to fight in the war just like how his Dad didn't want him to fight in the great war in series! A YouTuber by the name of; OverlordDVD has been reporting this movie since June 2021 & #DoomCWasRight! Director James Mangold attacked his channel by denying the reshot ending, now he has to apologize to the fans for lying about it! The worst part of it was the bait-and-switch with Fleabag even worse if you thought the old man jokes in Crystal Skull were bad just wait until you see the elder abuse in this one! That's right Fleabag punches old Indiana Jones & it ruins what was so special about Crystal Skull's ending! Overall was very excited to see this before the leaks and rumours turned out to be true boy was I disappointed! That's why I'm giving this a 5/10! Go watch the first 4 films or the Young Indiana Jones Chronicles show they're much better than this movie!
Lego Batman: The Movie - DC Super Heroes Unite (2013)
The definitive LEGO Batman Movie that kids will enjoy!
After watching this film for the 10th anniversary on my digital hard drive for Bricktober here's my spoiler-free review of LEGO Batman: The Movie - DC SuperHeroes Unite! As usual, I'll be talking about my thoughts, comparing this with the game and my favourite moments & my conclusion/rating! The movie follows the same plot as the LEGO game and features returning voice actors like; Troy Baker as Bruce Wayne AKA Batman, Clancy Brown as Lex Luthor etc. Just like the game instead of watching cutscenes on YouTube, you're watching a full-feature short film! My favourite moments are; the music that was used from the Tim Burton 1989 movie scored by Danny Elfman and the action scenes! Overall I believe that kids will enjoy this film equally as The LEGO Batman Movie! That's why I'm giving this a 6/10! Go watch all the cutscenes on YouTube for LEGO Batman 2: DC Superheroes or watch the movie either way you'll have a good time entertaining yourself! ;-)
Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie (2017)
Tired of superhero fatigue? Watch this instead!
After watching this movie during my flight to Melbourne in October of 2022 for its 5th anniversary here's my spoiler-free review of; Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie! As usual, I'll be talking about my thoughts, my comparisons between the novel, my book teaser that I made in school and the film & my conclusion/rating! Just like Goosebumps, they crammed multiple books into one big movie! Back in high school in 2014, I made a book teaser cuz the first trailer I made gave everything away! Now that it's an animated film I can say that they didn't give anything away in the trailers! The hero is hilarious, the kids are brilliant and the villain is evilly sinister! Overall this is a fun movie for the kids & the whole family to enjoy! That's why I'm giving this a 6/10! Do stick around for a post-credit scene and I look forward to hearing what younger viewers thought! ;-)
Batman: Mask of the Phantasm (1993)
30 years later and this movie still holds up!
After watching this film on my digital hard drive for its 30th anniversary with my brother here's my spoiler-free review of Batman: Mask of the Phantasm! As usual, I'll be talking about my thoughts, my childhood memories of watching little bits & pieces of The Animated Series and my conclusion/rating! I remember watching this movie back when we still rented movies, TV and games now that I've seen it again, sadly, Kevin Conroy passed away almost a year ago he was the best Batman not only did he voice him in Animation but in the Arkham Trilogy games which I'm still playing City for Joker's Carnival! As for the rest of the cast, Mark Hamill is also the best Joker since I played & finished Batman: Return to Arkham Asylum for the PS4 and you've also got Dana Delany who plays Andrea Beaumont who would later voice many other DC characters in various shows & movies in the 21st century! Overall I enjoyed this film, I still like it to this day and I look forward to watching the DLC level pack gameplay for LEGO DC Super-Villains (which is what it's based on). That's why I'm giving this a 7/10! Rest in peace Kevin Conroy we're paying our respects to you Bat buddy, we miss you :'(
Total Drama Presents: The Ridonculous Race: A Million Ways to Lose a Million Dollars (2015)
A great finale to a spinoff series based on a parody of reality TV!
After watching 26 episodes of this terrific show here's my spoiler-free review of The Ridonculous Race Series Finale; "A Million Ways to Lose a Million Dollars". As usual, I'll be talking about my thoughts, my early memories of watching Total Drama growing up and my conclusion/rating! This series was a parody of the reality TV of; The Amazing Race, most of the cast members of the original Total Drama return & some voiced new characters! It was fun travelling across the globe and I enjoyed every moment of it! I remember watching Total Drama Island, Action & World Tour when I was a teenager now I'm an adult, I also remember watching a little bit of the end of Revenge of the Island but it had a different ending (compared to the one I saw on Netflix), then All Stars and Pahkitew Island were new to me & my first time seeing them! Overall I had a wonderful time watching Total Drama from the Beginning, middle and end I don't know if they'll put the 2 new seasons on Netflix if not I'll enjoy this finale as it is! That's why I gave The Ridonculous Race season finale an 8/10! Farewell Total Drama, I'll miss you :'(
Star Trek: Deep Space Nine: What You Leave Behind (1999)
A nice send-off to the cast and crew of DS9!
After watching 7 seasons of this brilliant show here's my spoiler-free review of the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine series finale; "What You Leave Behind". As usual, I'll be talking about my thoughts, my memories & my favourite moments of watching it and my conclusion/rating! My favourite character has to be Dr. Juilian Bashir played by Alexander Siddig! This episode even pays tribute to Odo played by Rene Auberjonois who sadly passed away in 2019 due to metastatic lung cancer at the age of 79. I won't say too much but the cast of this wonderful show is outstanding, the music by Dennis McCarthy is beautiful & my favourite episodes are; "Trials and Tribble-ations" & "In the Pale Moonlight". Overall I believe that this series is going to look so much better than Shark Trek and this sci-fi finale ends the character arcs very well even though Worf is in the Next-Gen movies like; Generations, First Contact, Insurrection & Nemesis! That's why I'm giving this DS9 finale an 8/10! Now I boldly go to Star Trek: Voyager and say goodbye to Deep Space Nine I'll miss you :'(
DC League of Super-Pets (2022)
A fun-loving time film the whole family will enjoy!
After watching this movie with my Mum on a Friday night here's my spoiler-free review of DC League of Super-Pets! As usual, I'll be talking about my thoughts, my favourite moments of watching this & my conclusion/rating! Dwayne Johnson AKA the Rock and Kevin Hart are back only this time in animated form as Krypto the Superdog and Ace the Bat-Hound! John Krasinski has been in 2 superhero movies in 2022; Reed Richards in Dr. Strange MoM & now Clark Kent AKA Superman as well as Marc Maron in 2 animated films in 2022 he played Mr. Snake in The Bad Guys and Lex Luthor in this! I slept-watched this movie on the plane & after watching it again with my Mum on Netflix I liked it! The action scenes are cool and entertaining, the music choices are brilliant and it's a feel-good film from beginning to end! Overall I enjoyed this so much that I recommend this for the whole family to watch! That's why I'm giving this a 7/10! Do stick around for the end cuz there are 2 post-credit scenes you wouldn't want to miss! ;-)
The Bad Guys (2022)
A fun movie for the whole family that makes me want to read the book series!
After watching this film with my Mum on a Friday night here's my spoiler-free review of The Bad Guys! As usual, I'll be talking about my thoughts, my favourite moments of watching it that inspired me to read the books and my conclusion/rating! The movie stars; Oscar-winner Sam Rockwell as the big bad Wolf I loved him in Galaxy Quest & Iron Man 2! Then you have his Co-stars; Anthony Ramos as Piranha & Craig Robinson as Shark! The film also reunites Joker cast members; Zazie Beetz as Diane Foxington and Marc Maron as Snake! The action scenes are cool & entertaining, the music is great, the animation is gorgeous and I didn't realize that this movie was based on a book series until I saw it in stores! Overall I enjoyed this so much that it makes me want to one day read the books & I believe that the whole family will enjoy it too! That's why I'm giving this a 6/10! I look forward to writing my spoiler-free review of; DC League of Super-Pets! ;-)
Swamp Thing (2019)
Another TV Series cancelled after one season!
After watching all 10 episodes of this intense and horrifying show here's my full spoiler-free review of DC's Swamp Thing! As usual, I'll be talking about my thoughts, my favourite of watching this as well as why they shouldn't have cancelled this and my conclusion/rating! The series stars; Crystal Reed as Abby Arcane since she was previously in Fox's Gotham as Sofia Falcone! The series also stars; Will Patton from Falling Skies & Jennifer Beals from Book of Boba Fett! I'm not the biggest horror fan but the acting, fight scenes and music are so well done! Fans are mad that DC cancelled this but not Titans (which has ended) I didn't want to do a spoiler-free review of the finale of that show cuz I did a spoiler review of the; Worst Episode Ever; "Nightwing". Overall I enjoyed watching this from start to finish & maybe I might make a top 10 list on Instagram of ranking all the episodes in the distant future! That's why I gave this TV series a 7/10! Very soon I'll make my top 10 TV Shows that were cancelled after one season list on Instagram! ;-)
The Force Awakens: A Bad Lip Reading (2017)
Better than the actual movie!
After watching this video on YouTube so many times here's my spoiler-free review of The Force Awakens: A Bad Lip Reading! As usual, I'll be talking about my thoughts, my favourite moments of watching it and my conclusion/rating! When I first saw TFA I enjoyed it but the only reason it made 2 & half billion dollars was cuz people were excited to see more Star Wars and what did we get? A complete remake of A New Hope! This parody video is better than the original film, Mark Hamill does a very brilliant impression of Harrison Ford's old Han Solo he's so good at it! This video is also more hilarious & entertaining than the theatrical version! Overall I keep coming back to watching this all the time and even pays tribute to the late great Carrie Fisher! That's why I gave this an 8/10! Go check it out on YouTube for yourself & hopefully, you'll find it enjoyable as I did! ;-)
Star Trek: Nemesis (2002)
A nice and satisfying farewell to the cast & crew of Next Gen!
After I finally finished watching all the original 10 Star Trek movies with my Mum & Dad (not including the Jar Jar Abrahams Bad Reboot films) here's my spoiler-free review of Star Trek: Nemesis! As usual, I'll be talking about my thoughts, my favourite moments of watching this and my conclusion/rating! The crew members of TNG are back for one more adventure! Patrick Stewart is amazing as Captain Jean-Luc Picard, Marina Sirtis is charming as Deanna Troi, Jonathan Frakes is brilliant as William T. Riker, Michael Dorn is cool as Worf, Gates McFadden is wonderful as Dr Beverly Crusher, LeVar Burton is Fantastic as Geordi La Forge & the standout is Brent Spiner as Data! Tom Hardy plays the villain Shinzon he played a villain in Dark Knight Rises Bane and an anti-hero as Eddie Brock in Venom & its sequel; Let There Be Carnage, not a fan of him! But the positives of the film are; the action scenes are entertaining, the special effects are great and the music is beautifully composed by Jerry Goldsmith who also did; The Motion Picture, V: The Final Frontier, First Contact, Insurrection & many more movies that we all know and love! Overall even though this is considered one of the worst Star Trek films at least it didn't get cancelled like Jar Jar Abrahams's Bad Reboot Star Trek 4 which thankfully never happened! That's why I'm giving this 6/10! Now that I'm done watching this series of blockbusters I can finally make my top 10 Star Trek movies on Instagram! ;-)
