Obviously, while adapting #AdaptationMeasures, upgrading infrastructure and supply chains to withstand floods, heatwaves, etc... are great ways to start, there are a few steps that almost triple the benefits: -) Protecting employees: Train staff on emergency procedures and invest in safety equipment. -) Helping communities: Donate resources and expertise to communities hit hard by disasters. -) Reducing their footprint: Cut emissions and adapt operations to less climate-vulnerable practices. For example: minimizing water usage... etc
