I don't know why I can never get hired at Aldi's. I can't contact anyone to know why I can't work here. I have years of experience that has to do with everyday operations except being a manager. I know how to use a fork lift, I know how to be a cashier and I have years of retail and customer service experience. I just don't understand.

Benjamin cedeno what in the resume and the in person are store managers looking for because I've been around some of the Buffalo NY Aldi's employees and I have way better customer interactions than they do and I've seen them complain about everything. I don't understand at all. Can a manager of a store or district manager please comment and explain what is Aldi's looking for?
