Dr. Nada Golmie, a NIST Fellow and globally recognized expert in wireless communications, has made significant contributions advancing U.S. wireless technology. With decades of experience, she has led programs focused on advancing next-generation communications, including millimeter-wave technologies, public safety communications, 5G, and beyond. Her leadership of the NIST NextG Channel Model Alliance has brought together over 350 participants from 40 countries, fostering advancements in RF propagation measurement and modeling that benefit the wireless industry.

Dr. Golmie has played a key role in shaping international standards of wireless communication through contributions to the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP).
